Your renewal date is fixed by your first payment. Example: you cover 10 people on 1 January — that's 10 × KES 350 = KES 3,500, and 1 January becomes your organisation's renewal date. If you add someone on 5 May you still pay just KES 350, and their cover runs to the same 1 January renewal date as everyone else — one date to manage, no proration to work out.
